About Jason:

Jason Kaiman joined the LSB team in 2023 as a Construction Lender, bringing over 23 years of experience in the mortgage industry with him. Jason is originally from Glenwood, IA and has resided in Waukee for the past 10 years with his wife, their six children, and four dogs. Jason is a member of the Home Builders Association of Greater Des Moines and in his free time, enjoys working out and golfing. 

Jason loves working in the mortgage industry because he loves having the opportunity to help more people secure their dream of homeownership. As a construction lender, Jason is excited to get started on the process and help potential buyers build their dream home with the help of LSB.
