James Pistillo at KRM Development
James Pistillo is an executive with KRM Development, a prominent home builder and land developer in the Des Moines metro. He leads the Operations and Finance teams at KRM, and also oversees the HR and IT activities of the organization. Prior to that, he was the Vice President of Accounting at Casey’s General Stores, Inc., where he was responsible for SEC reporting and strategic planning, along with substantially all accounting and tax activities. He spent his first 20 years out of college in public accounting, the first 15+ years at the big 4 firm KPMG LLP (Between Omaha and Des Moines offices), and then as a partner at the regional firm Brooks Lodden, P.C. where he spent 4+ years. James joined the Advisory Board in June 2014.
